Carney says “Who Cares”

375 layoffs at Crofton Mill and 1,000 at Algoma Steel — and that’s just this week. Canadian workers are paying the price for Carney’s failure to get a deal, and yet when Mark Carney was asked when he last spoke to the former U.S. President about trade, his response was: “Who cares.”
